Rear Paver Patio & Drainage Margin
Rear patio, foundation drainage
Bristol County · Our home town
Norton is where our shop is. Machines, materials and crew all start the day here, which makes it the cheapest town in our service area to work in — there is no travel loaded into the number and a short day is still worth mobilising for.
Norton is comparatively flat, and a lot of that flatness is low. The Canoe River, the Rumford, Norton Reservoir and a considerable amount of bordering vegetated wetland mean a high seasonal water table across much of the town. The tell is a lawn that is fine in August and spongy in April. That is a drainage design problem, and it is solvable — but it has to be solved under the terrace, not after it.
Norton shares the Canoe River Aquifer ACEC with Mansfield and Easton. Stormwater gets handled on site rather than pushed to a neighbour, which suits us — infiltration structures and dry wells are routine work for us rather than something we sub out and hope about.
Norton runs from tight village lots near the centre to large parcels out toward the Easton and Taunton lines. Access is the variable that moves a price most: a back yard a machine can reach costs materially less per square foot than one where everything goes through a four-foot gate by wheelbarrow. We check that on the walk and tell you which one you have.
Relevant work
We do not publish a town on a project until we have confirmed it, so nothing below is claimed as being in Norton. These are our own projects, chosen because they solve the problems Norton properties actually present. Ask on the site walk and we will tell you exactly where each one is and put you in touch with the homeowner.
Work at the scale most Norton properties actually call for — patios, fire pit terraces and planting that gives a flat lot some structure.
Getting to you
Machines, materials and crew all start the day in Norton. There is no travel loaded into your number, and a short day is still worth mobilising for — which matters if your project is a walkway rather than a whole rear garden.
We keep the service area to six towns on purpose. A short list is the only honest way to promise a start date.
What clients say
There are no testimonials on this page because we do not publish anything a client did not actually say. Our reviews live on Google, where you can read them in full, see who wrote them, and see the ones we would not have chosen.
We would rather show you the work and let you speak to the homeowner. Ask, and we will connect you with one.

Start with a design consultation. An hour on the property, a straight read on what the site allows, and a number you can plan against.
