Who we are

This site is operated by Kamaye Landscape & Design LLC, trading as Kamaye Landscape Group, of Norton, MA. You can reach us on (508) 455-7297.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, property address and town, what you are considering having built, your rough budget band and timeline, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message box.

We ask how you heard about us because it is the only reliable way we know which of our efforts are actually working. It is used for that and nothing else.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare for a site visit, and — if you go ahead — to run your project. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.

We may share your details with a licensed trade (an electrician or plumber, for example) where that is necessary to do work you have engaged us for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, who host this website, and are delivered to us by email. Netlify processes the submission on our behalf and stores it on their infrastructure.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no chat widget, no retargeting pixel and no third-party tracker. If we add basic traffic analytics in future, it will be behind a consent choice and this page will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to it. Project records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business and warranty records.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Call (508) 455-7297.

Photographs

We photograph our own work, and those photographs appear on this site and on our social accounts. We do not publish street addresses, and location data is stripped from every image before it is uploaded. If you would rather your property was not shown at all, tell us and we will take it down.
